Chilli extracted color/Paprika oleoresin (Oil soluble/ water soluble/ water disparable）
Ingredients:Chilli extracted color(Paprika oleoresin) is composed by capssanthin, capsorubin and zeaxanthin, and rich in beta-carotene and vitamin C.
Properties:Dark red sticky liquid, hardly solutable to water, but can be dissolved in vegetable oil,ethyl acetate, high concentration of ethanol and various kinds of organic solvents. It should be placed away from light and oxgen under room temperature wihin 15 months, while the chroma be little affected and PH value of the product remained unchanged.
